About this role

Carrier is seeking college graduates with demonstrated leadership capability, learning agility and the desire to develop as Human Resources professionals. The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program that exposes aspiring human resources leaders to Carrier’s human resource function and business segments through three, eight-month rotations. HRLPs will build capabilities through hands-on experiences in a culture that values integrity, respect, inclusion, innovation, and excellence.

HRLPs will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in an HR operating model that includes Communities of Expertise (CoEs), HR Operations and HR Business Partners. HRLPs will complete assignments in diverse functional areas of Human Resources that will accelerate their development and career progression in the function. HRLP Program Management will partner with each HRLP to develop a career path inclusive of experiences that balance individual career interests and company needs.

Rotation locations may include Charlotte, North Carolina; Indianapolis, Indiana; Athens, Georgia; Collierville, Tennessee; and/or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
