We are hiring a HR Manager for our French Head office (m./f.).

Location : Gennevilliers (Paris area, accessible by subway)

Key Responsibilities

- HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations

• Provide HR support to the French HQ (300 employees) and oversee HR matters for several smaller French entities.
• Advise managers and senior leaders on individual and collective HR matters.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee situations.
• Support organizational changes and ensure consistent application of Group HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, social dialogue, collective negotiations and compliance with French employment legislation.

- International & Matrix Coordination

• Collaborate with multiple HR Directors and HR teams across France and internationally.
• Act as an interface between local needs, Group HR policies and HR Centers of Expertise.
• Participate in National/international and cross-functional HR projects.

- HR Policies & Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Manage compensation, benefits and key HR processes within the headquarters scope.
• Lead or contribute to national HR initiatives, eg: health and welfare benefits, disability inclusion, AI, ERGs, Top Employer and employee well-being.
• Contribute to HR reporting and cross-functional projects.

- Team Management & General Services

• Manage and develop a small team.
• Supervise Facilities and contribute to a high-quality working environment.
• Contribute to EHS topics

- Experience required

• Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international and matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, managing sensitive HR matters and leading teams.
• Experience contributing cross-functional HR projects.

• Good command of French and English (B2 level minimum).
• Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders.
• Confidentiality, diplomacy and sound judgment.
• Autonomy, pragmatism and strong prioritization skills.
