CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
We are recruiting across several areas of our Human Resources function:
HR GENERALISTS
Our HR Generalists are the day-to-day HR partners for their assigned businesses and properties.
You will work closely with managers and team members to provide practical HR support, monitor HR processes, identify discrepancies and ensure that HR practices are being consistently applied.
You'll be involved in:
- Day-to-day HR support for your assigned business/property
- Performance management and probation monitoring
- Contract and employee lifecycle administration
- Identifying and resolving HR discrepancies
- Supporting managers with HR processes
- Employee queries and routine HR matters
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding when required
- Regular property/business visits
- HR reporting and tracking
- Ensuring follow-up and completion of outstanding HR actions
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
We are seeking HR professionals to manage formal employee relations matters across the Group.
You'll be involved in:
- Employee relations case management
- Disciplinary matters and hearings
- Grievances and employee complaints
- Attendance and conduct matters
- Manager guidance on employee relations
- Monitoring ER trends and recurring issues
- Supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures
Experience managing disciplinary hearings will be highly valued.
TALENT ACQUISTION & RECRUITMENT
With a high-volume recruitment environment across our Group, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in ensuring we attract and secure the right talent.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing recruitment requisitions
- Job advertising and candidate sourcing
- Candidate screening and pre-selection
- Interview coordination
- Candidate assessment
- Reference and background checks
- Offer preparation and communication
- Recruitment pipeline management
- Candidate follow-up
- Recruitment reporting
- Supporting improvements to our recruitment strategy and processes
ONBOARDING SPECIALISTS
Our onboarding team ensures that once we have found the right people, we provide them with a smooth, organised and professional start to their employment journey.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing the onboarding process from offer acceptance through commencement
- Pre-employment documentation
- Employee information and HRIS setup
- Onboarding checklists and tracking
- Coordinating Day 1 readiness
- Following up on outstanding documentation
- Ensuring onboarding requirements are completed
- Monitoring onboarding completion and identifying gaps
ADMINISTRATION
We are also seeking an competent individual to support the team with the administrative and operational requirements of the HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical, hands-on HR experience within a diverse Group of companies.
