What you'll do

You will collaborate, among others, in the following activities aimed at obtaining entry-level work experience through the position and learning the basic concepts of the profession in which you are interning, respecting company policies and procedures, showing a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the activities to be performed:

• Support the HR Business Partner in strategic people management, performing HR data analysis, workforce monitoring, talent processes, recruitment, training, and organizational transformation projects, contributing to aligning the needs of business areas with Human Resources policies and processes.

Education & certifications

Offer aimed at students of one of the following university degrees:

• Law degree.
• Degree in Psychology.
• Degree in Economics.
• Master's in HR Management.
• Degree in Business Administration and Management.

Languages

We will positively value B2 English Level.
