Summary

HVAC Design Engineer role preparing heat load estimates, HVAC design and shop drawings, coordinating mechanical services to avoid clashes, reviewing vendor quotes for equipment like AHUs and FCUs, and preparing material submittals, BOQs, and project budgets.

2. Preparing the shop drawings of all MECHANICAL services including Detail and Section drawings to make easy for installation in the site.

3 Coordinate among all services without clashes.

4. OR (Order Request) issue & PO (Purchase Order) review for all major HVAC equipments like AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, CRAC UNITS, and SUPPLY & EXHAUST FANS. OR issue & PO review for Dampers, Sound Attenuators, Louvers, Grills and diffusers, valves, Gauges, chilled and condensor water piping & fittings.

5. Reviewing & Selection of AHU, FCU, Precision Cooling Units, Pumps, Valves and other equipment by reviewing quotes from different vendors.

6. MATERIAL TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS (MTS) preparation.

7. Preparing BOQs

8. Preparing Budget of Projects.
