Job Summary

The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position ensures all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and company standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment.
• Install and modify duct systems as needed.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final inspections to verify proper operation.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions regarding installed equipment.
• Complete installation paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, service technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
