HVAC Maintenance Technician ll

Landmark Realty is currently hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for our Canyon Creek property! This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered. We are hiring Immediately. HVAC Maintenance Technicians* perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades involving plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred). HVAC certification (or equivalent) and hands-on experience is required for this opportunity. This position is fully onsite and is located in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities - Maintenance HVAC Technician:

• Performs general building maintenance repairs and replacements (appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work)
• Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
• Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
• Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications - Maintenance HVAC Technician:

• HVAC Certification or equivalent
• Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain vehicle onsite during the workday
