HVAC Site Engineer
Summary
Manage HVAC site execution, including client meetings, material procurement, and system testing/commissioning, while coordinating with head office and contractors for maintenance tasks.
Site visit to attend meeting with client or PMC
Project execution and drawing clarification or modification as desired by customer
Material procurement and follow up with HO or supplier
Testing and commissioning the site and handover building
Soft copy of measurement or DC copy shared to HO and submit the hard copy to the
client
Coordinate with HO for supplier or contractor payment
Carry out all planned tasks in accordance with the Annual maintenance planner,
and notify any repairs as necessary
To be available to respond & repair any reactive calls rose through service centre
inputs
Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
Ensure that any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the
Engineering Supervisor/Manager as per escalation procedure
On reasonable request be available to work overtime to accommodate the sites
requirements
Site visits with drawings and required by technicians to find out the materials
required and also obtain work permits
Preparing indents for materials required and handling them to store department
Follow up with contractors on progress of works at site
Getting joint measurement with contractor or client
Raising RFI after completion of the work
Preparing vouchers and supplier bills
Arrange material work for shutdown works...Cylinder etc.
