Summary
Hands-on engineer who designs, runs, and secures hybrid infrastructure spanning data centres, offices, and public cloud for a regulated financial exchange. Day to day: administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, storage, and networking, plus incident response, change management, compliance support, and disaster recovery.

About the Role
Are you an infrastructure expert ready to power high-stakes financial markets? We are looking for a hands-on Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to engineer, operate, and safeguard our robust hybrid infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Hybrid Operations: Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure across enterprise data centres, corporate offices, and public cloud platforms.
Core Systems & Storage: Administer enterprise compute, Linux/Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and reliable backup solutions.
Network & Security: Configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Reliability & Incident Management: Monitor availability and performance proactively, execute change management, respond to L2/L3 incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis.
Compliance & Audits: Maintain strict security controls, system hardening, and provide technical input for risk assessments, security reviews, and regulatory inspections.
Disaster Recovery: Support business continuity, backup restorations, and system failover exercises to ensure maximum uptime.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, ideally within a high-availability or regulated environment.
Technical Depth: Deep technical expertise in at least one core domain (systems, networking, virtualization, storage, or public cloud) with working knowledge across the broader landscape.
Core Competencies:
Solid administration skills in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
Practical experience with virtualization, high-availability, and disaster recovery technologies.
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, WAN connectivity).
Familiarity with public cloud networking, IAM, security controls, and hybrid setups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNP, RHCE, or major public cloud infrastructure certifications.
Experience in a financial institution, exchange, brokerage, or clearing house.
Familiarity with automation, scripting, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and English communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
