Hybrid HSE Engineer: Risk Mitigation & Compliance

Rotork PLC is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards across the organization and to work with management to identify hazards, develop mitigation plans, and implement these plans on an ongoing basis.

Reporting to the HES Facility Manager, you will conduct internal audits, KPI reporting, and Gemba walks, analyzing incidents and driving corrective actions while supporting proactive health, safety and environmental performance improvements.

Identify hazards and assess risks; design mitigation measures. Coordinate ASPP tasks per DLgs. 81/2008 with RSP. Conduct internal audits and Gemba walks; report KPIs. Develop improvement plans for health, safety and environment. Collaborate with management to achieve HSE objectives. Mastery of safety and environment regulations. Experience with ASPP duties and DLgs 81/08. Auditing and KPI reporting experience. Ability to analyze data and drive corrective actions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Hybrid work model
