About the role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Application Developer to support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a foundation in programming, SQL, API integration, and software development practices, with an interest in learning utility billing and customer operations systems.
Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, validation, and reporting.
Support REST API integrations and data exchange using JSON and XML.
Debug application issues, analyze logs, trace defects, and implement fixes.
Follow coding standards and development practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and maintain application reliability.
About you
Working knowledge of object-oriented programming using C#/.NET, Java, or a comparable enterprise programming language.
Experience or practical exposure to SQL, application troubleshooting, and software development fundamentals.
Junior candidates may qualify through relevant internships, capstone projects, certifications, or a production-grade portfolio.
Experience developing or supporting enterprise applications in banking, telecommunications, insurance, retail, ERP, payments, e-commerce, or other transaction-heavy environment.
Exposure to utility billing, customer information systems, or customer operations platforms.
Experience with backend development, API integration, database applications, or configuration and low-code development.
