• Plan and execute hydrographic surveys using multibeam echosounders (MBES), single-beam echosounders (SBES), side-scan sonar (SSS), and sub-bottom profilers • Operate positioning systems including GNSS, RTK, and USBL for accurate georeferencing • Process and analyze survey data using software such as QPS Qimera, Teledyne CARIS, Hypack, or EIVA NaviSuite • Produce detailed bathymetric charts, cross-sections, volume calculations, and survey reports • Conduct pre-dredge, post-dredge, and as-built surveys for dredging and reclamation projects • Support offshore construction activities including pipeline route surveys, cable laying, and structure placement • Perform tide measurements, water level corrections, and sound velocity profiling • Ensure all survey activities comply with IHO standards (S-44, S-57) and project specifications • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot survey equipment • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project management • Coordinate with project managers, marine crews, and clients for survey planning • Adhere to HSE protocols and risk assessment procedures

• Diploma or degree in Hydrography, Geomatics, Marine Geophysics, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Hydrographic Surveyor in offshore, dredging, or marine construction • Proficiency with MBES, SBES, SSS, and sub-bottom profilers (e.g., Kongsberg, Reson, R2Sonic) • Experience with positioning systems (GNSS, RTK, USBL) and survey software (Hypack, Qimera, CARIS) • Knowledge of IHO standards and QA/QC procedures for hydrographic data • Valid offshore survival certificates (BOSIET/HUET) for offshore roles • FIG/IHO/ICA Category B or A certification preferred
