IC verification engineer

1. Make test pattern plan to cover system bring-up for MP (CP/FT, system test, DVT, HQA, correlation, DPPM reduction)
2. Debug post-silicon issue to identify design weakness and solution finding
3. Correct post-silcion measurement vs. pre-silicon simulaiton, including process, performance, power.

Requirements

1. Familiar with digital IC design, DFT, MBIST and CP/FT flow
2. Experience in adv. Process flow, IC package, Verilog/SystemVerilog, ATPG or MBIST pattern generation tool.
3. Python programming for big data handling is MUST
4. Knowledge about architecture of ARM CPU & AMBA IPs is plus
5. Familiar with digital/analog circuit design is plus
6. Experience with system verification job is plus
