Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a motivated ICT Business Process Consultant (Trainee) to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end client journey—from solution design and tailoring systems to client needs and successful AI platform adoption. You will manage AI prompting, system customization, and deployment projects to ensure seamless execution. Once the technical setup is complete, you will lead client onboarding by providing hands-on training and dedicated support, empowering customers to confidently maximize our AI platform.
