Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise digitalisation and AI transformation projects.

This role combines project coordination, business analysis and client communication. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, solution architects and engineering teams to define requirements, manage project delivery and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business processes, operational challenges and project requirements.

• Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation and AI adoption.

• Gather, document and prioritise business and functional requirements.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables and implementation timelines.

• Coordinate between clients, solution architects, developers and other project stakeholders.

• Track project progress, risks, issues and requirement changes.

• Organise project meetings, requirement workshops, UAT and implementation activities.

• Support the design of enterprise software, workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.

• Prepare project documentation, status reports and client presentations.

• Support solution proposals, effort estimation and project planning.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise systems or technology consulting.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

• Experience managing or coordinating software or technology projects.

• Good understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases and system integration.

• Basic understanding of AI, large language models, workflow automation and enterprise AI applications.

• Experience preparing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
