ICT Technical Analyst

As our ICT Technical Analyst, you’ll provide first and second-line support across Hill’s offices and more than 80 live sites. From troubleshooting devices to configuring PCs and supporting infrastructure projects, you’ll be the one our teams turn to when tech needs to work fast—and work right.

It’s a hands-on, people-facing role where problem-solving meets customer service. You’ll help keep our systems stable, secure and smart—and you’ll play a vital part in helping Hill grow with confidence.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide professional, responsive 1st line IT support remotely, by phone, and on-site

  • Build and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters

  • Support software installations, rebuilds and upgrades across the business

  • Log and manage tickets, escalating complex issues where needed

  • Liaise with third-party providers to resolve hardware and connectivity issues

  • Keep asset records, technical documentation and licensing up to date

  • Suggest cost-effective procurement options and raise purchase requests

  • Stay current with emerging tech and recommend innovations that support the business

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in 1st

  • Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365

  • Microsoft 365 admin platform

  • Familiar with helpdesk systems and remote support tools

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Good understanding of IT security best practices

  • Experience managing tasks independently and escalating appropriately

  • Willingness to travel to regional sites as needed

  • Curious, collaborative and always ready to learn
