Job Summary
The Brand Event Crew supports the successful execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. Team members represent the brand on-site, engage with attendees, and help deliver memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event spaces to ensure smooth event operations
- Represent the brand professionally at events to uphold brand image
- Engage with customers by providing clear product or brand information to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space throughout the event
- Follow brand guidelines consistently to ensure brand standards are met
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Exhibit a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor to create positive brand impressions
- Work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Show reliability and punctuality
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not required
