In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is designed for legal professionals who excel in complex immigration matters and have experience supporting technology-driven initiatives.


Scope of Work

  1. Review, analyze, and provide feedback on immigration law documents and legal scenarios for accuracy and compliance.
  2. Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memos, briefs, and case documentation, to support AI model improvement.
  3. Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing industry-standard tools and databases.
  4. Utilize case management software to simulate and assess technology-enabled workflows.
  5. Deliver clear, actionable feedback to shape and refine AI-generated legal outputs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the integrity and practical applicability of legal data.
  7. Contribute insights from BigLaw firm practice to enhance the depth and relevance of project deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Active license to practice law with demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law.
  2. Significant experience in a BigLaw firm environment, handling complex immigration casework and client advising.
  3. Advanced legal writing and analytical skills, with a strong command of legal research tools.
  4. Familiarity with cutting-edge case management and document review technologies.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to critically evaluate legal information.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to multi-disciplinary projects.
  7. Prior participation in technology-driven legal projects, AI initiatives, or legal operations innovation is a plus.
