In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is designed for legal professionals who excel in complex immigration matters and have experience supporting technology-driven initiatives.
Scope of Work
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on immigration law documents and legal scenarios for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memos, briefs, and case documentation, to support AI model improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing industry-standard tools and databases.
- Utilize case management software to simulate and assess technology-enabled workflows.
- Deliver clear, actionable feedback to shape and refine AI-generated legal outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the integrity and practical applicability of legal data.
- Contribute insights from BigLaw firm practice to enhance the depth and relevance of project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active license to practice law with demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law.
- Significant experience in a BigLaw firm environment, handling complex immigration casework and client advising.
- Advanced legal writing and analytical skills, with a strong command of legal research tools.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge case management and document review technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to critically evaluate legal information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to multi-disciplinary projects.
- Prior participation in technology-driven legal projects, AI initiatives, or legal operations innovation is a plus.
