Implementation Engineer

Guide end-to-end implementation projects, supporting merchants as they launch and scale their payment integrations. Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through to go-live. Act as a trusted technical partner during the integration journey, helping merchants navigate technical and operational challenges. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to deliver strong outcomes for merchants. Contribute to improving delivery quality by sharing insights and identifying patterns across implementations. 4+ years of experience with APIs and web technologies. Strong technical curiosity and a fast learning mindset. Clear communicator who can explain technical topics simply to stakeholders. Comfortable working in collaborative environments where people support each other and share knowledge.
