Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Engage with clients to understand their business process automation requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and document functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

Solution Implementation:

• Provide expert advice on Zoho application capabilities and best practices.
• Work with the technical team to configure and customize Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement workflows, automation scripts, and custom modules as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.

System Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of the configured system to ensure it meets the functional specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
• Prepare test cases and scenarios for joint User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Issue Resolution:
• Facilitate joint UAT sessions with customers to validate the solution.
• Gather and address feedback from UAT sessions, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
• Provide post-implementation support to address any additional issues or changes.

Customer Training and Support:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on the use of the configured Zoho applications.
• Create user manuals and documentation to assist customers in using the solution effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are met and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Significant working experience in Javascript and HTML or related software languages.
• Knowledge of Zoho applications (People, CRM, Projects, Books, etc.) and their configuration/customization capabilities shall be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of functional business processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting system testing and facilitating UAT sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
