Specific Responsibilites

Process of customer’s orders timely and accurately
Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
Handle Cargo documentation and filing
Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements
Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
Permit declaration
