Import or Domestic Automotive Sales Team Leader

Job Purpose:
- Drive dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by leading the sales team to hit market share, gross profit, F&I, and CSI targets while building a high-performing, well-trained variable operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all variable sales operations at Ron Marhofer Auto Family dealership.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales, F&I profit, CSI scores, and lead conversion.
- Conduct team training to maximize revenue and deliver an exceptional one-price guest experience.
- Manage sales targets and ensure the achievement of market share and gross profit goals.
- Foster a guest-focused environment that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM and dealership management systems to track and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dealership operations.
- Implement strategies to improve lead conversion and sales effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
