PwC India is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business transformation Architect in the Pharma Lab, Quality and manufacturing space This role demands a combination of strong Lab and quality expertise including LIMS and GXP , experience working in diverse Technology Landscape, and excellent communication skills to partner with various stakeholders within the Pharma domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders from the client’s side like business, Senior IT stakeholders to define scope, design the architecture of the Lab and quality transformative solution and govern the Transformation. The Architect will play a key role in driving collaboration, identifying transformation opportunities, supporting change management, and enabling data-driven decision-making to help achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, business vision and objectives.
Identify transformation opportunities in lab and quality space
Architect and lead the transformation initiative
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Build talent within the team

Mandatory skill sets:

Experience working with LIMS, ELN and quality systems

Well versed with Data and AI applications across the lab and quality domain

Technology first mindset

Preferred skill sets:

Experience working in Lab and quality

Good understanding of GxP Compliance
