In Home Caregiver

**Position is located in Elmer, NJ**

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Description: We are seeking a compassionate and driven in-home caregiver to work alongisde one of our various individuals, while also improving their quality of life.

Notes: The client likes to be brought into the community, but will need to be supervised. The client also likes to meet with old housemates for hangouts as coordinated. Staff will be assisting the client with cleaning tasks, show them how to cook meals, assist with hygiene, and additional activies of daily living (ADLs). We are looking for a staff who will be attentive and engaging with the client. Reliable transportation is a requirement for this case.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Non-Probationar Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/FA certification if completed
• Minimum one year of experience working in a group home setting with those with developmental disabilities
• Must have own vehicle and valid car insurance to drive client into the community
