- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and provide quality care
