About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Present our proprietary in-home sales presentation using an iPad
• Build rapport and educate homeowners on our products and services
• Design customized bath solutions using company software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training and development programs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confidence presenting to homeowners in their homes
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
