In-House Legal Counsel, UAE - Data Privacy & AI

BigData Technology Solutions is seeking a Legal Counsel in Abu Dhabi to support the legal function across commercial contracting, technology, corporate and M&A, IP and disputes, and data privacy and AI governance. The role offers a clear development pathway toward independent portfolio responsibility over 18–24 months.

You will draft and negotiate master service agreements, vendor/customer contracts, and software/IT agreements, while coordinating with IT and information security teams.
