In Reach Supervisor

The In-Reach Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in the day-to-day supervisory and administrative management of the In-Reach component of the Adult Home SH program - as well as providing a variety of case management and housing-related services to Adult Home clients to facilitate their transition to, and adjustment to and integration into the community setting.

Additional Requirements: *

• Minimum two years in post graduate experience in Mental Health setting.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in data reporting system
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of medical and/or behavioral health care environments and terminology.

Education Requirements:

• Master Degree required; Professional Licensure preferred.

Valid driver's license in good standing.

Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint), database navigation required, and Electronic Health records navigation required.

Pay: $75-85k
