PAKZ-HR Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for motivated, target-driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team on an independent, commission-based basis.

💼 Position: Independent Recruitment Consultant
📍 Location: Midrand South Africa
🏠 Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home
🤝 Engagement: Independent Contractor – Commission-Based
What we're looking for:
✔️ HR, Recruitment, Industrial Psychology or related qualification preferred
✔️ 1–3 years' recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or sales/business-development experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
✔️ Understanding of recruitment and HR processes
✔️ Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
✔️ Ability to work independently and professionally
✔️ Reliable laptop, smartphone and internet connection
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Identify and approach prospective business clients
🔹 Generate recruitment and HR service opportunities
🔹 Build and maintain client relationships
🔹 Source, screen and shortlist candidates
🔹 Coordinate interviews and client/candidate communication
🔹 Support successful placements and service delivery
🔹 Work towards agreed business-development and placement targets
💰 Remuneration: Commission-based. This is an independent contractor opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Commission will be paid according to the applicable written agreement and placement/service terms.
