Indisk kok/ Indian Cook

Looking for an Indian cook who can handle curries and Tandoor simultaneously. Can be able to run the kitchen responsibly. He or she should be able to make sauces and kebabs also naan breads in Tandoor. Should be able to learn new regional Indian cooking. Can comunicate in English. Can handle pressure and keep calm. Maintain cleanliness and hygien requirements of the kitchen. We are a new Indian restaurant. A franchise of a well established restaurant with the same concept and name. Get it before tour colleague does.
