Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operational performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on data analysis and simulation.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling , experimental design, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
