Industrial Engineer (Data, Process Flow & Analytics)

The Industrial Engineer (Data, Process Flow & Analytics) is responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Sleep Group’s data and analytics strategy across Group manufacturing operations, with the primary objective of improving production efficiency, process flow, quality, and cost optimisation across all sites.

This role focuses on transforming manufacturing and operational data into actionable insights that enhance plant performance, standardisation, and decision-making. The incumbent will ensure that data is effectively collected, structured, and leveraged to support continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining high standards of data integrity, governance, and compliance across all production facilities.

In exercising these responsibilities, the role will drive the development of production dashboards, statistical analysis frameworks, process optimisation models, and will manage and deliver key data and continuous improvement projects across the Group. The incumbent will also support the practical application of advanced analytics and AI techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
