Industrial Engineer
YOUR ROLE
The Strategic Industrial Engineer (Automation) has responsibility for providing reliable data and digital tools to support daily capacity decision and strategic decision-making. This position also has a key role in Fab capacity management.
Primary Job Functions:
- Improve dashboard reporting and analytics to supports factory operations
- Automate data collection from MES and manufacturing systems.
- Develop Capacity Planning Standards & Procedures
- Ensure capacity database integrity and process governance
- Lead Programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency; Productivity improvement
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite , power bi, python
- Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
- High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
- Proficient in Business Communication and Written skills.
