Texas Instruments is actively seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, the Industrial Engineering Manager directs groups or functions performing and evaluating work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. As the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development of plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow, product assembly instructions and practices or accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. You will also establishes policies and objectives for development. This role requires you to select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring the efficient operation of the function. Additionally, as the Industrial Engineering Manager, you will provide general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., industrial engineers, technicians).

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related engineering degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
