Industrial Planning Manager

We are looking for a Industrial Planning Manager to ensure the effective industrial planning of the global FB plant network, balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory and industrial constraints. Defines and coordinates the medium/long-term planning approach across FB plants, ensuring cross-plant optimization, readiness for future business / new products requirements and consistent planning processes to support Supply Chain and Operations decision-making.
The Industrial Planning Manager’s responsibilities will include:
Defines and coordinates medium/long-term industrial planning across the global FB plant network, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, inventory and customer requirements.
Overseas global capacity allocation and future capacity needs, driving cross-plant optimization and resolution of critical constraints.
Ensures industrial and logistics planning readiness for new projects, product introductions and production ramp-ups across FB plants.
Ensures consistent planning processes, tools, KPIs and standards across the global FB organization.
Leads the Industrial Planning organization and ensures effective coordination between central functions and the FB plants.
Main requirements:
University Degree in Engineering;
Minimum of six years of experience in the role;
Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industries;
Fluent in English and available to travel;
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of SAP.
The package includes:
Classification starting from level A1 under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), based on seniority and skills
Gross annual salary starting from €80,000, based on seniority and skills
Annual performance bonus starting from 15% of the gross annual salary upon achievement of the target
