Industrialization Engineer (m/f/d) - Process Development

Summary

Designs and implements manufacturing equipment for electronics in mobility, ensuring process capability and quality from launch through serial production.

As an Industrialization Engineer responsible for the process development, you will design, develop and implement equipment for electronics manufacturing, ensuring process capability and quality performance from project launch through serial production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in industrialization meetings, orders equipment, creates technical documentation, coordinates installations, monitors performance, and hands over processes to the serial production team;
  • Ensures process capability and achievement of quality targets during product launch and ramp-up phases;
  • Maintains and develops technical know-how and ensures compliance with relevant procedures and standards;
  • Provides support in crisis situations and prepares quotations for new projects;
  • Supports the introduction of new technologies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities, and technical problem-solving;
  • Supports new product introductions (NPI), design and process reviews, and strategic projects;
  • Maintains relationships with technology partners and ensures transparency of technical information;
  • Develops technology roadmaps, monitors market trends, and evaluates new technologies and products;
  • Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in process system development
  • Languages: Romanian and Advanced English skills
  • Travel: 10-25% business travel required

Technical skills required:

  • Industrial robot programming knowledge;
  • Pneumatics, electronics, and mechanics knowledge;
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff) skills;
  • Technical drawing skills;
  • CATIA and SolidWorks knowledge;
  • Mechanical design knowledge;
  • Project management skills;
  • Machine and equipment safety design.
