Informatica Production Support Analyst

Job Description

1. Working shifts for production support

2. Checking the Service now tickets

3. Ability to open service now tickets to teams

4. Ability to back track informatica issues

5. Ability to read the informatica session logs and workflow logs and interpret errors and backtrack

6. Ability to execute simple to intermediate level SQL queries against DB2, Oracle , Netezza, SQL server Databases at the minimum

7. prepare detailed Handovers

8. Be available for morning shift , afternoon shift, night shift as per schedule developed

9.Ready to come to office as per team agreements

10. Ability to work in high expectation environments , fast paced.

11. very good at documentation skills , email writing skills , english speaking skills

12. attend major incident calls during shifts , triage calls during shifts and provide inputs pertaining to support processes.

13. Ability to navigate Tivoli workload scheduler ( TWS tool )

14. Very Good at UNIX commands - Grep , More ,Awk , Sed , Vi etc.

15. Ability to Find bad data and data inconsistencies in unix files

16. Good at informatica power center - able to read mappings , logic in transformations and able to understand logic and debug as per data analysis situation.

Mandatory Skills - Informatica Power Center , Unix , SQL , Service Now

Good to have - Tivoli workload scheduler ( or any other scheduling tool like control M ) , Databricks Certified Data Associate Certification & pyspark & databricks basic knowledge .
