The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to hire an Information Security & Business Continuity (BCM) Consultant

The Talent

• Degree in IT, computer science or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in information security, preferably with regional experience
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, incident response, and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with regional regulations (e.g., MAS TRM, PDPA, HKMA, NFRA, LFRA) and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
• Familiarity with BCP frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, or other industry standards)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer are strong advantages
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage cross functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills

The Job

• Maintain Security Policies/addendums, Standards, and Procedures pertaining to the international location. Review and ensure the international security policies /addendums are aligned with regulatory requirements
• Review the information security, BCM and compliance as per regional regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Group for various regulatory security audits at branch locations in APAC region
• Review BRDs, Solution design, network design, security design and any other requirements from regional business units and local IT teams meets the security policies of the bank
• Perform Technology Risk Assessments, Third party Risk assessments and Review RCSA remediation related to the branches in the region
• Monitor and track open risk items with Group IT and Group IT Risk, Branch IT, concerned International SPOCs for remediation from 2LOD
• Conduct the security awareness program for branch staff in the region and ensure the program is conducted effectively
• Review Management Dashboards/Security MIS related to Patching, VA, PT, Baselines and end point security controls, etc to support the overall risk management
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans (BCPs) and strategies
• Coordinate and support periodic Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across business units
• Support regular plan reviews, testing, and exercising of BCPs to ensure effectiveness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Track and follow up on action items and remediation activities resulting from tests, incidents, or audits
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams on Disaster Recovery (DR) and site recovery planning
• Provide support during actual incidents and activations; help coordinate communication and recovery activities
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure records are up-to-date and centrally accessible
• Monitor regulatory developments related to business continuity in APAC jurisdictions and support compliance efforts
• Prepare reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior management and global continuity teams
