Information Technology Analyst (IT/OT Applications) Contract SIEM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network, local hosting, cloud hosting (AWS), AV, and cybersecurity implementation with internal and external technical resources
• Provide on-site hands-and-eyes support for remote technical teams accessing IT infrastructure devices
• Execute hosting provisioning (VMs, database, storage, backup) for IT and OT applications, following internal change management process
• Own project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, and status reporting for a facility-scale project (typical range $100k–$1m, team up to ~12)
• Manage supplier/vendor delivery and contract adherence for small-to-medium infrastructure contracts
• Interface with security/compliance requirements during build-out — audit readiness, change control, and risk documentation
• Run stakeholder and steering committee communications; escalate and resolve cross-team issues
• Support transition of the completed environment into ongoing support/maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure project coordination or delivery, ideally including at least one new-site or facility build-out.
• Hands-on experience with configuring & Troubleshooting, network, server hosting, storage/backup, and cloud (preferably AWS).
• Direct exposure to cybersecurity/compliance frameworks during infrastructure delivery — e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, or equivalent audit experience.
• Experience coordinating overseas multi-party delivery - internal teams, global vendors/ISPs, and site-level engineers.
• Comfortable owning budget, RACI, and risk/issue tracking for a project of this scale.
• Manufacturing, pharma, or regulated-industry environment experience is a strong plus given OT applications are in scope.
• Formal security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISP-PTE).
• Prior ODM infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC tooling or security architecture, even in a supporting capacity.
• Business level mandarin speaking is required as the individual will be required to communicate with site level engineers, stakeholders & vendors based in China & Hong Kong on daily basis in regards to project status, updates and deployment.
