  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

  • Participate in infrastructure and security improvement projects and technology implementations.

  • Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to end users.

About You

You are a proactive and technically capable IT professional with experience across infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. You enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, continuously improving systems, and working in a collaborative environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity support.

  • Exposure to cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, network access control, and mobile device management solutions.

  • Strong networking experience including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN technologies.

  • Experience supporting cloud environments including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or private cloud platforms.
