General Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing assigned technical tasks in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulations
- Providing technical support and ensuring continuity of IT services
- Participating in the development, operation, and maintenance of information systems
- Preparing technical reports and official documentation as required
- Adhering to information security, data confidentiality, and cybersecurity regulations
General Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional experience appropriate to the job title
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity standards
- Ability to work within a team and comply with official work regulations
