您將與跨部門團隊合作，建立並優化隱私法規遵循監控機制，評估風險並提出改善建議，協助公司打造符合國際標準的隱私保護與資訊安全管理環境。
主要職責（Key Responsibilities）
隱私法規遵循監控機制建立與管理
- 建立、規劃及管理個人資料保護與隱私法規遵循監控機制。
- 制定並執行隱私法規遵循監控計畫，以確保組織符合相關法規及內部規範要求。
- 透過監控活動識別潛在不合規事項，並提出改善方案或替代措施。
- 評估隱私法規遵循風險，依據風險等級進行優先排序與管理。
- 推動風險緩解措施並持續改善隱私保護管理機制。
合規風險管理
- 執行個人資料保護相關稽核、監控與評估工作。
- 分析個人資料流向（Personal Information Flow），辨識風險與控制缺口。
- 協助業務及技術團隊落實個資保護與法規遵循要求。
- 與法務、資訊安全、IT、產品及業務團隊合作，推動合規改善專案。
利害關係人協作
- 為內外部利害關係人提供隱私法規及個資保護相關建議。
- 與海外團隊合作，參與跨國隱私及資訊安全合規專案。
- 支援主管機關、認證機構或內外部稽核相關作業。
基本條件（Basic Qualifications）
- 學士以上學歷。
- 具 8 至 10 年以上隱私法規遵循監控（Privacy Compliance Monitoring）相關工作經驗。
- 熟悉個人資料保護法規，能夠審閱並提供個資合規相關建議。
- 具備個人資料流向分析（PI Flow Analysis）及以資料流為基礎的管理經驗。
- 具備優秀的溝通與協調能力，能有效與跨部門及外部合作夥伴協作。
- 具備英文溝通能力，可獨立與海外團隊進行會議及業務交流。
- 具備主動發現問題、分析問題及推動解決方案落地的能力。
加分條件（Preferred Qualifications）
- 熟悉雲端服務（Cloud-based Services）環境及相關合規要求。
- 曾於電商、網際網路、科技或 IT 產業從事個資保護與隱私合規相關工作。
- 持有國內外隱私保護或資訊安全相關專業證照者佳，例如：
- CIPP（Certified Information Privacy Professional）
- CIPM（Certified Information Privacy Manager）
- CIPT（Certified Information Privacy Technologist）
- ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- 具備伺服器、網路、資料庫、應用系統、雲端平台及資訊安全架構等相關知識。
- 具法律相關背景者尤佳。
