Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

Salary: Rp 7.500.000 – Rp 8.500.000 per month

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows servers.

- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Design and manage DevOps infrastructure architecture using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

- Configure and troubleshoot networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS) and firewalls (Fortinet/MikroTik/Cisco).

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes workloads.

- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and rollbacks using Helm.

- Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus/Grafana and respond to system alerts.

- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and restore testing.

- Automate operational tasks using Bash or Python.

- Implement security best practices, including patch management, least privilege, TLS certificates, and secrets management.

- Maintain infrastructure documentation, network configurations, incident reports, and operational runbooks.

- Provide on-call support for critical incidents, including during stock market trading hours.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, Networking, or DevOps.

- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and CLI troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and encryption.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and physical network devices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

- Experience in Securities, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Familiarity with Argo CD, Terraform, PostgreSQL, NATS, and Vault/KMS.

- Certifications such as CKA, AWS, CCNA, or MTCNA.
