Description
Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 per month
Responsibilities:
Provide L2 remote troubleshooting and escalation support when the school's internal L1 team is unable to resolve issues
Maintain and monitor Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Active Directory, Synology NAS and backup solutions
Troubleshoot network infrastructure, FortiGate firewall, managed switches, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network printers
Provide Windows desktop/laptop and basic Microsoft Office support
Conduct scheduled onsite inspections and preventive maintenance, approximately 1–2 visits per month, alongside other required maintenance visits
Attend onsite for qualifying technical issues within 6 hours of notification or by the next business day, as applicable
Requirements:
Relevant experience in L2 IT support, system administration or IT infrastructure support
Good hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and troubleshooting
Experience with VMware ESXi, Synology NAS, backup solutions and FortiGate firewall is preferred
Able to provide standby support during agreed coverage hours and meet the required onsite response time
Work Arrangement: The role involves remote troubleshooting and standby support, scheduled onsite maintenance visits, and onsite attendance when required
Able to commit for the full duration of 12 months
