Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

· Manage and support On-Premise and AWS, Cloud Infrastructure

· Administer Windows/Linux Servers, VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Backup, File Share, Server Hardware, and Storage

· Manage Veeam Backup & Recovery, including restore, retention, and DR testing

· Manage Docker / Docker Compose and support application/platform deployment

· Setup and maintain n8n workflow automation

· Support Software Deployment, Release, Change, and Rollback

· Manage and support API Gateway / Middleware platforms such as Ocelot and WSO2

· Monitor infrastructure using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus

· Support Patch Management, Capacity Planning, Preventive Maintenance, Backup/Restore, and Disaster Recovery

· Troubleshoot Infrastructure / Platform issues and perform Root Cause Analysis

· Evaluate technical solutions, conduct POC, and coordinate with vendors throughout implementation and support lifecycle

· Coordinate with Application, Development, Network, Security, and Vendor teams

· Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and SOPs

· Perform Maintenance, Deployment, or Emergency Support outside business hours when required

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

· 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, Cloud, or Platform Engineering

· Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, AWS Cloud, VMware, Backup, and Storage

· Hands-on experience with Docker / Docker Compose

· Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation

· Experience in Software Deployment or Application Release

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Veeam, File Share, FTP/SFTP, and Server Hardware or similar

· Knowledge or experience with Ocelot, WSO2, or other API Gateway / Middleware platforms or similar

· Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewall, VPN, DNS, and DHCP

· Strong Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, and Coordination skills

· Ability to continuously learn new Technologies, Automation, and AI Tools

Additional Skills

Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, PowerShell/Shell Script, Kubernetes, Nginx, SSL/TLS, Intune, Entra ID, or AI Agent Frameworks will be an advantage.
