Infrastructure & Facility Development Manager
Location: Grange Road
Salary: up to $4500
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Contract: till 31 May 2027
Job Description
- Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities
- Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil MOE’s operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs
- Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
- Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction of construction contracts
- Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services
- Responsible, hardworking and efficient in carrying out the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
- Degree
- Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations
- Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughout the project lifecycle.
