Infrastructure Project Manager | Banking | 6-Months (FL)

Salary: $7,000 – $8,000 per month

Contract: 6 months
Working Location: Tampines (Office will be in Punggol from 2027)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and mitigation plans.

• Coordinate activities across infrastructure, security, application and business teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.

• Act as the key coordination point between technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status reviews and drive action items to closure.

• Escalate project risks and issues appropriately to project sponsors and management.

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management presentations.

• Maintain project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, change records and other project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with project governance, technology standards and applicable audit/risk requirements.

• Coordinate implementation across network, digital workplace, Microsoft 365, cloud, collaboration and security initiatives.

• Support testing, migration, deployment and post-implementation activities.

• Ensure solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in IT infrastructure project management or project coordination.

• Proven experience delivering projects involving one or more of:

• Network/connectivity

• Digital workplace/end-user technology

• Microsoft 365/collaboration platforms

• Cloud infrastructure

• Information security

• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, risk/issue management and governance experience.

• Able to independently manage multiple project workstreams.

• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification would be advantageous.

• Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
