Infrastructure Project Manager (Cloud & Core Banking) | Permanent

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure project delivery, covering scope definition, planning, deployment, validation, transition and closure.

• Develop and maintain project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, dependencies, governance forums and delivery status reports.

• Coordinate infrastructure readiness across development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production and other environments.

• Manage cross-functional delivery across cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, governance, engineering, application delivery, operations and external vendors.

• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, changes, dependencies and resource constraints, including impact assessments, mitigation plans and recovery timelines.

• Coordinate deployment, post-implementation validation, service readiness and completion of technical and operational documentation.

• Support APAC cloud migration, infrastructure strategy and core banking technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk controls, project governance and the Bank Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management, technology programme delivery or a related field.

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple teams, environments, dependencies and delivery milestones.

• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and enterprise platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, Azure Red Hat OpenShift and Confluent Kafka.

• Strong expertise in project planning, WBS tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, change control, resource coordination and management reporting.

• Relevant experience supporting core banking, cash management or other business-critical banking technology programmes, with knowledge of enterprise governance, risk and compliance requirements.
