Infrastructure Project Manager

Summary

Manages core banking environments (Dev, Test, PreProd) and coordinates migrations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth go-live events.

Overview

As an Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager, you will hold essential responsibilities for managing lower and higher environments utilized in a Core Banking Program. This role involves overseeing account migrations and ensuring data accuracy through effective coordination and problem resolution.

Main Responsibilities

- Provide overall accountability for lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) environments while coordinating support for the Production environment as needed.

  • Proactively engage in and drive problem resolution across various environments.

  • Support preparations for Production Go Live events, including weekend activity execution.

  • Identify and manage external dependencies, risks, and impediments affecting planned deliveries.

  • Define and communicate environment requirements to the environment provider.

  • Plan, schedule, and govern environment refreshes, ensuring infrastructure updates and technical support.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on environment-related initiatives.

  • Monitor Core Banking test environments and ensure alignment during testing phase planning.

  • Facilitate ART ceremonies and assist in delivering team value.

Key Requirements

  • Proactive and systematic mindset essential for success.

  • Several years of experience managing IT projects within complex IT environments, focusing on Infrastructure and/or Platforms.

  • Fluent in English for effective communication.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.

  • Able to understand technical aspects of environments for problem resolution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or understanding of Agile methodologies or SAFe practices.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure components, such as app servers and databases.

Location: Warsaw, Gdynia or Gdańsk
Work Model: Hybrid - 2 times per week from the office
Rate: 155 pln/h
