Salary: $5,000 – $5,600 per month

Location: East - Central Region
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and support of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, networks and security environment

• Administer and monitor servers, network systems and related IT infrastructure

• Carry out regular system maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain reliable and secure operations

• Provide technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, system and connectivity issues

• Monitor existing cybersecurity measures and controls to support internal IT security requirements

• Ensure IT operations and practices are aligned with relevant company policies and compliance requirements

• Support the implementation and coordination of IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity projects

• Investigate technical or security-related issues and work towards timely resolution

• Perform other system and infrastructure administration duties where required

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience covering areas such as IT infrastructure, networking or IT security

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

• Good foundational knowledge of networking, servers, infrastructure systems and cybersecurity

• Comfortable handling technical troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day IT operations

• Proactive and able to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
